Our team had the opportunity to attend the first ever Northcentral Technical College Wood Technology Wood Olympics. At this event, area high school students competed in in teams of four to test their skills relating to the wood technology industry. The top teams were awarded with fun prizes! After the competition, a career fair took place where students had the chance to meet with area wood businesses/manufacturers to discuss the kind of in-demand careers our industry has to offer.
